​​Samantha Hernandez PA-C

​​​​​Samantha Hernandez, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant and Arizona native who is passionate about caring for patients and families throughout Arizona. She earned her Master of Medical Science degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2025 and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Samantha is bilingual in English and Spanish and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health goals. Outside of the clinic, Samantha enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
