Monica Katsanes, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner on our amazing team of medical providers!
Monica received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ottawa University and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Phoenix College.
A proud United States Army veteran, Monica served five years as a combat medic. She also has extensive experience in healthcare education, having taught at private vocational colleges and within the Maricopa County Community College District.
With more than 28 years of healthcare experience, Monica is dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care and improving the health and quality of life of her patients. Her clinical background includes primary care medicine, nursing leadership, hospice care, wound care, women’s health/labor and delivery and clinical education.
Outside of her professional career, Monica enjoys singing, DJing karaoke, crafting, thrifting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
