Dr. Shaw is a second-generation Phoenix native with strong ties to the community.  She received her medical degree from the University of Rochester in NY in 2004.  Family practice residency at the University of Arizona was completed in 2007.  She uses empathy, communication, and knowledge to educate patients including them in the decision making process.  Her hobbies include hiking, yoga, swimming, biking, and cooking.  She and her husband have two young sons.
